The Tundra from our Arctic Spas range is an absolute beast and has proven to become very popular. The most striking thing about this hot tub is the sheer size of it, and as there’s seats all round there’s space for a whopping 7 adults. One of our favourite things about this hot tub is the size of the footwell, there is no chance that you’ll be playing footsie with anyone in this spa. However, the large footwell actually offers another benefit, which is that it opens up the possibilities for different kinds of hydrotherapy. Float yourself in front of the volcano and feel the knots disappearing, it truly is one hell of a massage…oh I forgot to mention there’s a water volcano in this? Well there is…and it’s absolutely amazing, the volcano has its own designated pump! But how else could the massive footwell benefit you? Well it’s big enough that you’re able to lay back in the centre and just float as you drift away into a state of total relaxation.
Another great feature within this top-quality hot tub is the range of depths within the different seating options. Some are very deep, and some allow for cooling off with the water only coming up to the waistline. This is especially useful if you’re sharing the hot tub with someone who likes the water super-HOT!
As you may notice there is a great variety of jet arrangements from seat to seat, that is because the Tundra has been designed to provide optimum hydrotherapy. As you move around the spa you will experience different massages, with a range of muscle groups being targeted. It truly a unique and euphoric experience.
What always strikes us about any of our Arctic Spas is just how gorgeous the Western Canadian furniture grade cedar looks, especially when accompanied with plants and woodwork. But if you’re not a fan of the wood there is an option to change it for their plastic version, which is exactly the same design of the wood- trust us it looks amazing.
Arctic Spas are manufactured in Canada and have been engineered to withstand temperatures as low as -40 degrees C. Whilst we will never experience these kinds of harsh temperatures here in North Wales, or anywhere in the UK for that matter it demonstrates Arctic Spas durability. These hot tubs have been designed to recycle excess heat created by the pumps within the spa, and direct them back into the water, helping to keep your running costs down.
Now then let’s talk about the base of this hot tub, the Tundra utilises Arctic Spas now famous and patented ‘Forever Floor’, this base is strong. So strong that Arctic Spas are the only brand of hot tubs on the market today which can be installed onto any level surface- including grass. It also makes their hot tubs impervious to pesky rodents.
Build your own Tundra with the huge range of optional extras such as music, additional lighting, Ozone and much more. Or if you suffer with sensitive skin and chlorine/ bromine just doesn’t do it for you then why not have this hot tub adapted to run using a salt system, we can do that.
