If you would like to speak to one of our professional and friendly members of the team from the comfort of your own home, then a virtual appointment is for you. We'll show you around our showroom, discussing the various options and will endeavour to find the hot tub that's right for you. How should you prepare for your appointment with us? Well, all we ask is that you download the Zoom app before your appointment and ensure that you have a good internet connection. However, to help us find your perfect spa, we do recommend that you have a little look through our website to familiarise yourself with some of the options, however this isn't essential. Here's a list of a few things to consider: 1. How many people do you think will be using the hot tub on a regular basis? 2. What features would you like your hot tub to have? I.e. Bluetooth music etc. 3. Are you looking for a hot tub for therapy or social reasons? We look forward to meeting you

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel an appointment or re-schedule, please give us at least 24 hours noticeable where possible
