The Vacation Lounge is a hot tub that’s been produced bespoke for the holiday market due to its simple and low-maintenance design. This spa doesn’t have any headrests, diverters or waterfalls, and the control panel has been simplified to the point where your guests only have control over the pumps off/on and the lights off/on- saving you time and money in the long run. Your clients won’t be able to change the programming of the system or change the temperature either, as the main control panel is hidden behind the cabinet, so only you can access it.

This hot tub includes a LED light in the base of the spa plus waterline lighting.
Water Purification
Clarity of water is important, that’s why this hot tub utilises the very latest in Ozone technology. But what does Ozone do? When used in conjunction with your regular hot tub sanitiser (e.g., chlorine or bromine), ozone will help to kill pathogenic bacteria, viruses and germs. Which means that you’ll in turn need less sanitiser, helping to reduce the amount you spend on chemicals whilst keeping your spa water cleaner and clearer.
Simplified Control Panel
This is our favourite feature on the Vacation Lounge. The simplified Gecko control panel (in.K120) only allows your guests to put the pumps and the lights on, meaning that they are unable to access the settings or temperature.
Why is this so great? Well, we’ve been selling hot tubs to holiday lets for a very long time and you’ll be surprised how many calls we get about hot tubs that are ‘allegedly’ not working properly. Only to find out that the guests have gone into the settings and tampered with the hot tub. Thankfully this won’t be possible on the Vacation Lounge. The main Gecko control panel (in.K330) is hidden behind the cabinet, only accessible with lock and key.
Less is More
Notice anything? If you said this hot tub looks extremely simplistic, then you would be right. The Vacation Lounge has been designed to be both easy to use and easy to maintain.
- No headrests: this makes the hot tub easier to clean and let’s face it, generally these are the first things to go missing on a hot tub in a holiday setting.
- No diverters: fewer things to potentially break. The Vacation Lounge has a 3hp pump meaning that there is adequate power from all 26 jets, operated with a simple push of a button.
- Simplified control panel
R-10 Insulation
Insulation is a vital feature of any hot tub. It plays a huge part in your water’s heat retention, therefore meaning that the level and quality of your hot tub’s insulation directly affects your day-to-day running costs.
Our Vacation Lounge hot tub comes as standard with R-10 insulation which is a high-density polyurethane foam that has been applied all the way around the spa’s perimeter. This is a thick and efficient insulation method that’s designed to directly send the heat that’s created from components back into the spa’s water.
Your Vacation Lounge will also come with an insulated cover included in the price.
Huge Traffic Boost To Air B&B Listing From Hot Tub
It’s now common knowledge that hot tubs are a vital addition to any holiday let, they will generate more traffic to your listing, thus increasing bookings. You will also be able to command a higher nightly rate, just by including a hot tub in your property’s offering!
Located in a stunning part of Y Felinheli, North Wales, Alex wasn’t happy with the number of bookings his property was getting and was looking for ways to make his holiday let business more profitable. The image is a snap-shot from Alex’s Air B&B account, on the 19th of February he changed his listing to include a hot tub. On the very same day, he noticed a HUGE surge in views.
This directly led to an increase in his total number of bookings and he also began to charge an additional £100 for the use of the hot tub.
Alex calculated that with the increase in bookings, combined with the additional £100 that he was charging for the use of the hot tub, the hot tub had paid for itself within 3 months of installation.

We met up with the lovely folk from Menai Holiday Cottages, who are a prestigious letting agent based in sunny North Wales. They said that ‘recent surveys suggest that rental properties with a hot tub perform up to 54% better than those which don’t and bookings for properties with hot tubs are up 36% compared to 2021′.
