Firstly, welcome to our website and thank you for taking the time to get to know us a little bit better. Concept Spa is a family-run hot tub company which covers the whole of North Wales, Cheshire, Liverpool, Manchester and as far south as Aberystwyth.

FAMILY
Our mission has always been to sell the best quality hot tubs the industry has to offer and to back them up with unrivalled customer service. Over the years we’ve been fortunate enough to partner with some of the world’s leading hot tub brands.
This has given us access to a HUGE range of hot tubs and swim spas, which in turn has allowed us to offer our customers a bespoke service, where we are able to comb through our extensive stock to find the hot tub that’s right for them.
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Many moons ago, we obtained a contract with a popular hot tub company to fix the spas they had installed in our area. As we were being called out to fix the same hot tubs on a monthly basis this made us pose the question as to whether or not there was anywhere in North Wales which sold high-quality hot tubs…it turns out there wasn’t… and so the idea was born.
We spent the next two years doing countless amounts of research, we wanted to make sure that before we made the leap we all knew the ins and outs of the hot tub industry. Many meetings were had with multiple suppliers from all over the world, we were determined to source hot tubs from brands which were renowned for their quality, innovation and whose ethics aligned with our own.
NOW
We began our hot tub journey with one brand…. and now, due to the continued support from our new and existing customers over the years, we have been able to partner with some of the biggest brands in the industry, these being; Jacuzzi, Thermal Spas, Rexener and Platinum Spas.
Furthermore, we’re now the longest-established hot tub company in North Wales.
But throughout this story, one thing has and will always remain the same- our customers are the priority. If you decide to spend your hard-earned money with us, we’ll look after you and welcome you as part of our Concept Spa family.
