Variable Massage System (Customisable Hydrotherapy)
The Serenity hot tub is part of AquaSolus’ new range of premium hot tubs — designed to take your hydrotherapy experience to the next level. Whether you’re easing tired muscles or simply unwinding after a long day, the Cascade delivers a massage that’s both powerful and deeply personalised.
At the heart of the Serenity is a 3-pump system, made up of 3 x 3HP pumps with one of which being a dedicated 3HP Variable Massage System (VMS). This unique setup powers 46 jets, each carefully positioned to target different areas of the body — delivering tailored therapy exactly where you need it.
With a mix of directional and rotational jets in a variety of sizes and placements, every seat in the Serenity offers a completely different massage experience. From deep-tissue intensity to gentle muscle relaxation, you’ll find a style that suits your needs. The flush, low-profile jets not only look sleek but also feel smooth and unobtrusive against the skin, so you can fully relax.
The lounger is powered exclusively by its own dedicated pump, giving it the ability to deliver a strong, deep massage with exceptional pressure. Through the VMS control panel located above the lounger, you can choose from pre-set massage programs — or create your own sequence with a single touch, all without leaving the most comfortable seat in the house.
The Serenity’s spacious layout features one lounger, two captain’s seats, and three additional seats — meaning full-body hydrotherapy is always available, no matter where you sit. And with the perfect mix of design and performance, the Serenity doesn’t just look incredible — it feels incredible too.
Low Profile Jets
Unlike many hot tubs that use bulky or raised jets, the Serenity features low-profile flush jets — precision-engineered to sit seamlessly against the spa shell.
This not only gives the interior a sleek, modern look, but also offers a far more comfortable experience when reclining.
It’s a small detail that makes a big difference — and one you won’t find on most hot tubs.
U.V. + Ozone With Delay Chamber
The Serenity hot tub is fitted with one of the most advanced sanitation systems available — combining U.V. sanitation with an ozone system and mixing chamber to help maintain cleaner, clearer water with reduced chemical reliance.
U.V. (Ultraviolet) Sanitation uses concentrated ultraviolet light to deactivate microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses as water passes through the chamber. By disrupting their ability to reproduce, UV treatment helps significantly reduce the presence of water‑borne contaminants and improves overall water quality in a way that’s widely used in pool and spa water purification systems.
The ozone system works differently and complements the UV treatment. Ozone (O₃) is a powerful natural oxidiser that reacts with and breaks down organic contaminants, oils and other impurities in the water, helping to reduce reliance on traditional sanitising chemicals like chlorine or bromine. As ozone reverts back to oxygen after reacting, it leaves no harmful residues behind.
In the Serenity, the ozone system is enhanced by a delay chamber, which allows ozone gas to mix more thoroughly with the water before re‑entering the hot tub. This improved mixing increases the contact time between the ozone and water, helping the ozone to dissolve more efficiently and work more effectively on contaminants before the water returns to the main spa body.
Together, this dual‑stage approach — UV + ozone with a mixing chamber — helps deliver crystal‑clear water with fewer chemicals, reduced odours, and a fresher overall feel compared with single‑method systems.
Gecko Water Lab
Gecko Water Lab is a fully integrated, under-spa water-monitoring system fitted to the Serenity. Instead of relying on guesswork or frequent manual testing, a dedicated inline chamber beneath the cabinet constantly samples the water as it circulates through the plumbing. This system is included as standard.
Inside this chamber sits a long-life 3-in-1 probe that continuously measures pH, ORP (the effectiveness of your sanitiser) and water temperature – the key indicators of how clean, safe and comfortable your water really is.
These readings are sent to the Gecko app via the in.touch 3+ connection, where an advanced, AI-driven analysis engine turns the data into clear, step-by-step guidance. The app doesn’t just show numbers – it tells you exactly what adjustment is needed, using the sanitising products you already prefer, and sends preventive alerts before the water drifts out of balance.
Because the sensing hardware is fully hidden under the spa, there are no floating gadgets in the water, no batteries to replace and minimal upkeep. The robust probe is designed to last for years with only occasional calibration, helping to keep ongoing ownership costs low while your Serenity stays filled with clean, inviting water whenever you’re ready to get in.
AQ10 Premium Insulation
The Serenity hot tub features AQ10 full insulation, a highly effective thermal system designed to significantly reduce heat loss and lower day-to-day running costs. By using advanced insulation materials around both the shell and the base, AQ10 helps the water retain heat for much longer, meaning the hot tub requires far less energy to maintain your chosen temperature.
This next-generation version of AQ10 goes beyond standard industry practices. AquaSolus has enhanced the insulation coverage and performance to deliver even greater energy efficiency, helping the spa work smarter, not harder. The result is outstanding heat retention, reduced power consumption, and a noticeably lower carbon footprint.
With AQ10 full insulation, you can enjoy a consistently warm, comfortable, and luxurious soak — all while benefiting from improved efficiency and more environmentally responsible operation.
Touch Screen Control Panel
The Serenity hot tub comes as standard with a 5-inch K1001 LCD touchscreen Gecko control panel. The sleek interface provides effortless operation through a bright, responsive display. Clear icons and intuitive navigation make controlling your spa simple, elegant and modern – bringing a premium user experience to every soak.
Magnetic Cup Holders
The Serenity features a clever and unique addition — magnetic cup holders, complete with subtle LED downlighting to guide your drink into place, even after dark.
Paired with AquaSolus magnetic drinkware, it’s a practical upgrade that keeps your drinks secure, your surfaces clutter-free, and your spa time uninterrupted.
It’s the kind of detail that turns heads — not just a smart feature, but one that’s genuinely useful and built to impress.
Wifi Included
Wi-Fi is included as standard in the Serenity, from AquaSolus. This allows you to control the hot tub from anywhere in the world, you can set the temperature, change the filter cycles and much more.
Going away for a couple of weeks, you’ve set the temperature down but want the hot tub to be up to temperature for when you get back? With the Wifi upgrade, this isn’t an issue. Simply open up the app, change the temperature and prepare your favourite swimming trunks for your arrival back home.
Stainless Steel Frame
The Serenity features a high-quality stainless steel frame for long term durability. No need to worry about a rotting wooden frame years down the line.

Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between 13 amp and 32 amp hot tubs?
To keep it simple – it’s all about power.
13 amp hot tubs are ideal for places with limited power access, like lodges or holiday homes. One of the big plus points is that they can run off a standard 3-pin, IP-rated outdoor socket (though we always recommend hardwiring them to a rotary isolator switch for safety).
Because they use less power, 13 amp models usually have just one pump. That means slightly gentler massage performance, and the heater can’t run at the same time as the jets – so if you’re soaking for a while with the jets on full blast, you might notice the temperature dip a bit. Once the jets are off, the heater kicks back in.
32 amp hot tubs, on the other hand, need a dedicated power supply from your mains consumer unit. This setup is straightforward for a qualified electrician and gives you more oomph all round – stronger massage jets, and the heater can stay on while you’re using the tub. If you’re after a more powerful, consistent soak (especially for regular use or hydrotherapy), a 32 amp model is usually the way to go.
How are your hot tubs delivered?
Most AquaSolus hot tubs are delivered by a two-person team, using a tried-and-tested method.
We stand the spa up on its side, secure it onto a sled (we call it the “ski”), and carefully move it into place. We’ll use decking boards or similar to protect patios, lawns, or gravel as we go.
In some cases, a specialist delivery may be needed – for example, if we need to lift the spa over a wall, use a crane, or build ramps. These types of deliveries do come with extra cost, but we’ll always advise upfront.
Can you get the hot tub up steps?
Sometimes, yes – but it depends on how many, how steep they are, and what kind of access we’re working with. If you’re unsure, just contact us. A member of the team will talk through your access and help determine whether your space is suitable.
What should I consider before my hot tub is delivered?
There are a few key things to think about before delivery day – from access and electrics to your base and how you’ll fill the tub. Here’s a quick checklist to help you get prepared:
1. Access
Hot tubs are delivered standing on their side, using a specialist trolley (the “ski”). This means:
-
You’ll need a clear route that’s at least as wide as the height of your hot tub + 5cm for packaging – usually over 1 metre.
-
Measure the narrowest point carefully and watch for tight spots like gate posts, drainpipes or window ledges.
-
If there are steps, contact us first – we can often manage them, but it depends on height, steepness and how many there are.
-
Crane or Hiab lifts may be required for tight access – we’ll advise if that’s needed. Additional charges apply for specialist equipment or extra team members.
2. Electrics
-
Most hot tubs need a 32 amp power supply and an IP65 rotary isolator switch, installed at least 2 metres from the tub.
-
This must be connected to your mains consumer unit – we recommend using 6mm armoured cable.
-
Always use a qualified electrician. We’re happy to recommend trusted local contractors.
-
If you’re installing a 13 amp hot tub, we recommend using a 16 amp isolator switch for added protection.
3. The Base
Your hot tub needs to sit on a solid, level surface that can handle its full weight when filled:
-
A concrete base (at least 4 inches thick and ideally reinforced) is best.
-
Decking or paving slabs can work too – as long as they’re properly supported with a suitable sub-base.
-
Avoid sinking your hot tub into the ground or decking – it can lead to drainage problems and make servicing harder.
-
If recessing into decking, make sure to leave removable access panels for maintenance.
4. Water Feed
-
No plumbing is required – just fill your hot tub with a hose.
-
Always fill through the filter housing to prevent air locks.
5. Other Considerations
-
Cover lifters need around 18 inches of clearance at the back.
-
Think about future access for servicing and maintenance – don’t box the spa in completely.

How do I maintain my AquaSolus hot tub?
Looking after your AquaSolus hot tub is straightforward – just follow a few key routines to keep it performing at its best:
Water Changes
-
Home use: Change the water every 1–3 months
-
Holiday lets or commercial use: Change the water between guests
Filter Care
-
Home use: Clean filters every 1–2 weeks, replace every 6 months
-
Commercial use: Clean between guests, replace every 3 months
Ozone System Maintenance
-
If your hot tub has an ozone system, the unit should be replaced every 2 years
Annual Service
-
We recommend booking a yearly service with one of our qualified engineers
-
This includes a full check-up, a biofilm flush to deep-clean the pipework, and a full health report on your spa
Water Chemistry
-
Keep your water balanced with regular testing
-
Unbalanced water can shorten the life of the water itself – and in rare cases, damage your spa over time
